Lots of sun, low prices, walkability, a central location and plenty of shopping and dining options make Kihei a very popular destination for the budget minded Hawaii vacation traveler.

Accommodations range from 2 story, low density complexes to 4-6 story buildings all with ocean views and either on or within a 5 minute walk of one of Kihei’s spectacular beaches. Don’t miss nearby Ma’alaea Resort for a similar experience.

Kihei Town is Maui’s fastest growing resort and residential community and boasts several shopping centers and scores of condominiums. Many are Mauka (toward the mountain) across S. Kihei road from the beaches but cross walks and low speed limits make for easy access.

All condos on our site are within a 1-6 minute walk from the beach and most are wonderfully affordable vacation rentals.

Kihei accommodations are a bit smaller and more affordable than those in Wailea and Makena but larger than those on the West Side

South Kihei is not quite as hectic as North Kihei

Ease of access to other areas of Maui, low prices & ocean front accommodations make North Kihei attractive to many value seekers

Kamaole Sands

The very popular Kamaole Sands offers 440 individually owned units in 10, four-story buildings on 15 acres of lush, tropical, Maui in a resort like setting across from Kamaole III beach park in South Maui.

Hale Kamaole

You won't find a better value on the island than the 77 spacious, 2-bedroom townhouse style (some with loft) & 112 1-bedroom condos at Hale Kamaole. Many have been upgraded. Located on nearly 8 acres just a few blocks north of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore.

Kamaole One

Located in South Kihei, about a mile north of Wailea, Kamaole One is a 2 floor, 12 unit luxury condo building sided by residential homes, on the north end of Kamaole I Beach Park, an area which is known locally as Charley Young Beach.

Haleakala Shores

Affordable condos with covered parking, this 4-story development is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park - a very popular park with a grassy area for kite flying, a small play ground, and wonderful, protected sandy beach.

Nani Kai Hale

This mid-rise 6 story building with amazing ocean views is located ocean front on Sugar Beach in quiet N.Kihei with easy access to all of Maui.
