About Owner
I have family living in Kihei and visit there often. Why: I purchased unit #607 in 2003 because of the spectacular views of the ocean, Molokini, Lanai and West Maui. And with the recent upgrades to the building, the views are even better. Besides that the property is adjacent to Wailea and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. And it is away from most commercial areas in South Maui.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation deposit is non-refundable and fully applied to stay. Reservation will cancel if payment is not received by due date. For reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival or after the date, all payments will be retained. If space is re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less a $25.00 processing fee. Travel Insurance is recommended to cover cancellation costs.
