We are a retired couple who purchased our condo in 2003 while we were still working and wanting a place to relax and unwind from our demanding jobs in the tech field. We found our dream vacation home at Maui Kamaole, and have been welcoming guests ever since then. We strive to provide you with a comfortable environment that has everything you need to make your visit enjoyable and carefree. You will find us to be friendly, easy to communicate with, and eager to help make your stay the best ever.

House Rules
1. Standard occupancy is 4 persons. The maximum occupancy is 5 persons (4 adults), and there is $25 per day charge for the fifth person. 2. No pets are allowed inside Jasmine J-218. 3. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or in areas adjacent to Jasmine 218. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas throughout the Maui Kamaole Resort. There is a map available in the unit. 4. Renters and guests agree to leave the condo and furnishings in the same condition and arrangement as found upon arrival, including any TV, video and Internet cable connections. 5. Turn off all lights and air conditioners upon departure. 6. Please remove all trash and garbage from the unit, including used baby diapers as needed and place in the dumpsters loc...
Terms & Conditions
US residents/guests are required to purchase property damage insurance at the time of booking. The cost is $89 per stay.
Non-US residents/guests are required to pay a refundable $500 security deposit, due at the time of booking. If there is no damage to the unit, deposits will be refunded within 30 days of check-out.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel more than 30 days before check-in will get 100% of the amount they have paid. If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, you will get 50% of what you paid. Otherwise, you will not get a refund.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's condo in Kihei. The condo had all we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, were all in excellent condition--we really appreciated having those items available to use! The views from the lanai are stunning--we so enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. It is a short walk to the beach; the beach is lovely, great swimming and snorkeling. The two pools and hot tub at the condo complex were clean and relaxing. The parking space right outside the condo was so convenient. Wifi and TV's worked great, AC units worked well, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! David was so pleasant to work with--he always responded promptly to questions and was accommodating of our needs. Check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, David. We would love to return for another visit!"
