Kihei Ali'i Kai Vacation Rental Condos on Maui

Spacious condos close to one of the best beaches on Maui at a price you can afford mean these condos offer an excellent value.

Built in 1979, each of the mid rise buildings of Kihei's Alii Kai Resort have four floors and elevators. Located on 3.78 acres just south of central Kihei, the condos here are about 125 yards from Kamaole I Beach Park and offer easy access to shopping, food and Pi'ilani Hwy.

The resort has limited grounds, but does have a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ's and a sauna and is well located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, beaches, and an Internet Cafe. Kihei Alii Kai is an excellent value for a basic property. Building D is the quietest.

THE CONDOS:

Kihei Alii Kai is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and offers comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable cost. This is an appropriate choice for couples or families wanting a basic Kihei property.

But don't tell the owners their spacious units are "basic properties". Some have really spent time and money updating their units. Granite counters, high end appliances and central A/C can be found here. The uninterrupted ocean views can't be beat.  

All units all have full kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, color cable TV, VCR, and a washer/dryer. Both Yahoo! Travel and Trip Advisor renters rate this property with 4-5 stars

Large gas BBQ grills are available on property; one next to the tennis courts, the second at the pool area.
