Nani Kai Hale Beachfront 309 has been our second home since 1988. Living on Maui full time allows us to manage our condo directly. It is our sincere pleasure working with guests prior to and during their stay, making it the trip of a life time for every guest. In our free time we love being below the ocean diving, above it on SUP boards or taking our 3 dogs to the park. Nani Kai Hale Home Owners’ Association Property Rules• Guests are presumed to have full knowledge and consent to house rules while on property. Any violation of house rules and/or damage caused by guests are the responsibility of the unit owner. The owner will be responsible for collecting associated costs from their guest. • This is a smoke free building, including all common areas, this condominium and lanai. Fines can reach $1000. Your first (free) warning is the parking pass you will initial at arrival. • Occupancy limits inside condos is determined and enforced by County Code. Maximum occupancy for a one bedroom unit is 4 persons at all times. 2 bedroom units is a 6 persons maximum at all times. • Do not place, store or maintain o...
House Rules
House Rules• This unit has been checked prior to your arrival to be sure everything is in working order. Please contact us directly if you encounter any problems. If something breaks during your stay, please let us know. • Our plumbing is old and very finicky. We know the wet wipes say “flushable”, but please, please, DO NOT FLUSH the wet wipes. Plumbing bills are pricey and affect your vacation time. We really don’t like incurring these expenses, as I’m sure you won’t either. • Please use the same care for these old pipes in the kitchen, also. The garbage disposer only takes biodegradable items. No bones! No celery, coffee grounds, egg shells, fruit pits, grease, potato peels or rice. When in doubt, throw it out. • Yes, this same car...

Nani Kai Hale Oceanfront #309 Rental Policies Please read the Nani Kai Hale House Rules and Rental Policies, and let us know if you have any questions. You are responsible for adhering to these rules during your stay in Condo 309. Booking Agreement • Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. / Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Entry into the unit is by keyless entry code. Instructions will be sent after final payment is received. • Early check-in or late check-out options are arranged on an as available basis and must be arranged prior to your arrival. • 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. • $1000 refundable security/damage deposit required (returned after inspection after your check out) -OR - credit card # on file serves at y...

Bright, Spacious & Well Maintained
"We have been renting 309 Nani Kai Hale for several years. It has the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach right in front of us. We can go downstairs and on to the beach without ever putting on shoes. The condo is bright, spacious and well maintained. It has an excellent kitchen that is well stocked with all the cooking equipment we need. We are always treated to a welcoming basket of coffee and treats and the bathrooms have toiletries so that when we arrive there is everything we need to get settled. We are high enough to have a spectacular view but low enough that we only have two flights of stairs down to the beach. It is located in the perfect spot to walk to the Sugar Beach Bakery or ABC store and Farmers market for food. We are minutes away from the Maui Canoe Club so that we can canoe any morning that we want to see the whales. We have a very gracious owner who is always available for calls or questions. I can't think of another place we have been where we can set down our bags and feel at home immediately. The building is a very friendly, sociable community of people and we have made some wonderful friends that we look forward to seeing every year. "

"This was our first stay in Hawaii, and #309 did not disappoint. From the moment my daughter & I walked in we were wowed by the views, the hospitality and the accommodations. This was a bucket list trip for me, but after being here I'm sure I will return! And when I do it will surely be in this condo. Mahalo! "
Beachfront description Did Not Lie!
"We have been in other condos throughout Hawaii, Mexico, and mainland US. This has been the nicest and the most well equipped condo I have ever seen.we especially enjoyed having two bathrooms and the exceptional view from the lanai. When you said the condo was on the beachfront side, it really turned out to be so true. What a wonderful view every day and watching the sunset every night."

Condo has everything you need from beach chairs to all kitchen needs. Barb is truly the best host. This is hands down our favorite place to stay. "

"We definitely enjoyed our 8 night stay in #309! Perfectly situated on Sugar Beach, it is meticulously maintained, thoughtfully well equipped and decorated. We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the unit. And the view is terrific! We previously rented at the Sugar Beach Resort nearby and found Nani Kai Hale to be a better fit for us. And no resort fees! We agree with the positive feedback from previous reviews. We would definitely stay here again and recommend you do, too."
