Any violation of the house rules and/or damage caused by guests is the responsibility of the unit owner. The owner is responsible for collecting associated costs from their guest.• This is a smoke-free building, including all common areas, this condominium, and the lanai. Fines can reach $1,000. Your first warning is the parking pass you will initial upon arrival.• Occupancy limits inside condos are determined and enforced by County Code. You are responsible for adhering to these rules during your stay in Condo 309.Booking Agreement • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Entry to the unit is by keyless entry code. Instructions will be sent after final payment is received.• Early check-in and late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.• A credit card is kept on file as the security deposit. Private Beach Feel
"My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at #309 and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Walking in and seeing the view of the ocean from the lanai was honestly breathtaking. As a bonus, we also had a view of the pool. It was so convenient to be able to walk to either one within seconds. My husband and I spent most of our down time on the lanai watching paddle sport practices, hydrofoilers, swimmers and many activities in between. Even with the various activities going on in the water, the beach was never busy. It was quiet and most times felt like our own private oasis. Everything in #309 is designed to be comfortable and allow for an easy stay. We ate meals on the lanai. We lounged in the living area with the windows open and the cool Maui breeze blowing through the windows on the comfortable sofa and lounge chair. We fell asleep with the windows open to the sound of the ocean and the clicking of the palm tree leaves. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The linens and towels smelled clean. In fact, they smelled really good! Many items were provided and stocked like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, iron, butter, coffee maker and coffee, kettle, and really anything we wanted or needed in the kitchen. There is a farmers market within walking distance that had delicious fruits and vegetables. Next door was a convenience store, shaved ice and a cute souvenir shop. Everyone was so kind and helpful. #309's central location is also perfect. We drove all over the island without being too far away from any one place. If we needed anything Barbara was a phone call or email away. They are the nicest renters I have ever rented from. You'd be doing yourself a favor by staying here! All my Hawaii dreams came true right in #309! "

Bright, Spacious & Well Maintained
"We have been renting 309 Nani Kai Hale for several years. It has the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach right in front of us. We can go downstairs and on to the beach without ever putting on shoes. The condo is bright, spacious and well maintained. It has an excellent kitchen that is well stocked with all the cooking equipment we need. We are always treated to a welcoming basket of coffee and treats and the bathrooms have toiletries so that when we arrive there is everything we need to get settled. We are high enough to have a spectacular view but low enough that we only have two flights of stairs down to the beach. It is located in the perfect spot to walk to the Sugar Beach Bakery or ABC store and Farmers market for food. We are minutes away from the Maui Canoe Club so that we can canoe any morning that we want to see the whales. We have a very gracious owner who is always available for calls or questions. I can't think of another place we have been where we can set down our bags and feel at home immediately. The building is a very friendly, sociable community of people and we have made some wonderful friends that we look forward to seeing every year. "

"This was our first stay in Hawaii, and #309 did not disappoint. From the moment my daughter & I walked in we were wowed by the views, the hospitality and the accommodations. This was a bucket list trip for me, but after being here I'm sure I will return! And when I do it will surely be in this condo. Mahalo! "
