Wonderful Location and Condo

"My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at Unit #3 for 2 weeks in November this year. We had a wonderful stay. You cannot beat the location! You are literally 30' from the beach with beautiful trees shading the lanai for most of the day. The sunsets are unbelievable! The condo had everything you needed and more. The kitchen had all the usual appliances. If you needed it, it was there. The condo also was stocked with various staples which was a pleasant surprise. All the toys you needed were in the locked lanai storage box along with SUPs for your use. We previously owned a condo in Kihei for 13 years and we were extremely happy with the state of your property. Matt and his company were extremely responsive to our questions which were few due to the great instructions given out by him. We would not hesitate to book here again."

"My wife and I stayed at Kamaole One #3 for our anniversary. This place is fantastic. It's literally a 30 second walk to the beach. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, towels, sups, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. The condo layout was perfect for the 2 of us, with a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you can think of. The lanai offers great views of the beach and the Maui sunsets. Having an extra bathroom was a bonus as well. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!"

"Returning for the fourth time says something Felt like comhome.. Matt and Evalyn are a pleasure to work with. All the details communicated ahead of time and the condo all ready with special touches. We feel so comfortable and relaxed. Everything we need for a beach vacation is provided. Morning beach walks, swimming in ocean, nightly sun set and if you time it, amazing moon scapes. Whales playing in your front yard. Daily walk to Foodland for poke and a lei. And really anything you need is within walking distance. The location also makes it easy to drive to many other areas on island. Really grateful this place is shared."

"I don't generally write reviews, but feel strongly about commenting on our very enjoyable stay at Kamaole One, Unit 3. We have visited Hawaii well over a dozen times, and this stay right on the beach has been the best experience by far! A beautifully designed and appointed home just steps from one of the nicest, cleanest beaches I have been on was absolutely amazing. The home is perfectly located within walking distance to amenities, stores, and restaurants, and yet is very quiet and private. The assigned secure covered parking space just steps from the homes front entrance door is VERY convenient. We spent a good deal of time on the back lanai gazing at the beautiful beach and ocean setting. You are literally twenty-feet from the sand when on the lanai! Great fun watching the various activities on the beach from the lanai setting. We really enjoy people watching, and between the volleyballers, swimmers, snorkelers, paddle borders, and sun bathers, it was great fun seeing all kinds of folks enjoying the surf and sand! We spent a good deal of time on the beach and in the water, and every moment was thoroughly enjoyable. During our snorkeling right off the beach, we came face-to-face with three sea turtles during the stay, which was thrilling for my wife! It was a pleasure working with Matt Pauli to learn about the property and ultimately booking the stay. Very simple, straightforward, and efficient reservation process! We will definitely be returning to enjoy Unit 3 in the future!"
