If a cancelation notice is received 60 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded. If a cancelation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded. For a cancelation received 30 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

"Solange is a gold star host! The unit was well located, well stocked with amenities and met our needs very well for our 6 day visit. The beach across the street is suitable for people of all ages with beautiful clear water and lovely soft sand. The 2 pools on the property are also great for those not inclined for the sandy beach! The complex is well situated in Kihei with easy access to groceries, restaurants and the Shops at Wailea. Overall, Solange communicates in a very timely manner and went out of her way to make our stay special, we would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family."
