Everything was nicely labeled and if you've ever showed up to an airbnb and thought "oh no they don't have ____" this won't be the case here. There was everything you needed to enjoy the island all provided by James. Wish James had locations all over the world because I would definitely book those locations! Will definitely recommend to anyone!"

The short walk to Kamaole Beach II which is right across the street from the complex was super convenient. All the beach equipment (umbrellas, beach towels, cooler) and snorkeling gear provided with the stay were in great shape and made the beach so enjoyable. Each A/C unit (living room, bedroom) was fast to cool down the rooms making it comfortable within minutes. I will definitely look to stay here the next time I come back to Maui. "

"I had a wonderful stay at these apartments and would absolutely rate it 5 stars. Check-in was made available two hours earlier than the standard time, which I truly appreciated. The apartment was spotless very clean and well maintained, which made me feel instantly comfortable. Everything was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it not only perfect for a short stay like mine but also very convenient for a longer visit. The location is excellent there are plenty of nearby spots, and a beautiful beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The hosts also provided thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and coffee, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, everything was great clean, cozy, and well thought-out. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui. "

"Everything with the place was as described. Only issue was the ice maker didn't work. Couch pulled out into a bed for my son and it was surprisingly comfortable. Great food near by including an awesome food truck park."

"This is our 5th time to Maui, and first time staying in the Kihei area. We really liked the area, with many local food options, convenience to convenient stores and groceries. Walking to the beach multiple times and daily for the sunset was easy to do with our elementary aged kids and beach gear. The chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach toys, and mats were super helpful. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. It was nice to have the shower/toilet separate from the bathroom sink as well. Kids slept comfortably on the couch bed. "

"Excellent view, short stroll down the driveway to the beach, but back off the busy street. Excellent place for couples. If you've got a loud kid, we spent a fair amount of time asking him to be quiet to not disturb other folks as this is a very relaxing location."

"James was an amazing host! The checking in process was very easy and you'll have your own parking spot if needed. His place was very clean and free of clutter. It is conveniently located across from Kam Beach II making it very walkable to the beach. Tons of restaurants around the area. Surprisingly quiet which allows you to get the ample rest needed after a tiring day. He also provides you with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogey boards, and snorkel gear! I've never said this about an Airbnb, but if I had the chance to, I would 100% love to stay at James' place again! Easy 5 "

"The condo complex located right across from Kamaole Beach Park 2, condo is on the 4th floor, there is elevator or you can use stairs. apartment was clean, kitchen is well equipped for cooking, even had some spices, which was nice. There were beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, kids toys, towels . Touch pad entry is convenient. "
