Our condo is our home away from home and is on the second floor (stair access only) with no one above you. It is a large air conditioned open 2 level 1277 sqft (119 sqm) unit and can comfortably sleep up to six. It is fully equipped to ensure your stay is relaxing, enjoyable, and a great value. It has a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 bedrooms both with king beds (one upstairs and one down), 2 baths both with walk in showers and a separate loft area with two twin beds that can be made into a king. Flat screen TVs in the living and bedrooms. Free wireless internet and free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada.

Terms & Conditions
There is a $15 per night charge for persons in excess of 4. Maximum number of guests is 6 unless otherwise agreed to with owner.
Cancellation Policy
The maximum number of guests is limited to six persons. Exceptions can be made for babies and small children. Contact us.Cancellations that are made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date result in forfeiture of the $200 security deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or are made within 60 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and deposit. We will do our best to rebook the unit and refund you the pro rata difference. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

"Description of this site was on point. The owner would respond and address concerns very quickly, super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Plenty of kitchen items for you to prepare/cook food and lots of water stuff you can use at the beach. There were even binoculars! Good mix of locals and tourists at the beach directly in front of the condo. I was impressed overall and will definitely be using this place when we visit Maui again "

"We really enjoyed our stay. the last 3 nights of our stay, there was a group that "welcomed" the sunset by "playing" conchs! it was great. kitchen was well stocked, great water pressure, beach chairs and umbrella available. There was a notebook that had great info and a guide to the Road to Hana. We had a great time."
