It is fully equipped for all your vacation comfort. We feature a large lanai for your dining and social enjoyment. Spacious grounds, a large pool, two hot tubs, a kids pool, coupled with Kamaole Sands Beach III directly across the street, make this the perfect location to enjoy your time in Paradise. Terms & Conditions
RENTAL AGREEMENT KAMAOLE SANDS UNIT #8-211 2695 South Kihei Rd., Kihei, HI 96753 CLEANING FEE Because we do not take a damage deposit, a $175.00 cleaning fee is charged for all guests staying in our unit. The cleaning fee is used to supply the condo with all the necessary items for up keep, cleaning and everyday conveniences. Please return items back to the original places you found them and use them conservatively. There is no daily maid service. Thank you for helping us maintain the good condition of our condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum number of occupants for this unit is four. If this policy is violated occupants will be instructed to leave the property, forfeiting all monies paid...
Cancellation Policy
A 60 day cancellation notice before your scheduled arrival date is required to receive your deposit back. A request for cancellation less than 60 days before your arrival date and there will be no refund given unless the condo can be re-rented.

Well Priced for a Clean Spacious Residence
"The Condo was well equipped and conveniently located...the Lanai was spacious, quiet and inviting to sit out in the early morning for coffee and viewing of the Ocean, Greenery, as well as listening to the variety of birds. Came with a great mattress, two showers. Our cousins who have lived on the island for 30 years were equally impressed. We would return to this unit 8-211 if available next year. Overall, it was a good strategic location for exploring the beaches, the local boat launch ramp, upcountry and available real estate in Wailea with the assistance of our cousins. As we would highly recommend a car rental from the great folks at Kihei Rent A Car."
Overall great place!
"We stayed here for just over a week. Here are some things we really appreciated and felt went above & beyond- extra beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, even shampoo & bodywash ( we didn't use it as we had our own but what a great touch), soft towels, excellent blackout curtains, tv in both rooms. Tupperware containers & even ziplocs which came in surprisingly handy as we made food and brought it along on excursions, so, super handy! Laundry pods. The owners absolutely provided just about everything you might need in a vacation rental, 12/10 for this! Location was great, right across the street from the beach, cute & relaxed town, central to everything. Having two full bathrooms was definitely a plus. Pool & hot tub were good, pretty grounds. Ample storage for your belongings, quiet building, lovely lanai, perfect lighting at any time of day , and the maui guide in the apt was a helpful addition that we took along on some treks. I'd definitely recommend this place to others. Stellar unit! "

"So, I was unsure of booking with Roy and Jean initially as there were no reviews, but my hesitation was unfounded. Jean communicated really quickly and bent over backwards to help us with booking. So thanks Jean and Roy, you're place is lovely. It faces south west, and what with windows at the back and lanai at the front we had beautiful breezes through the day and night, so no need to use the A/C - thank goodness! The lanai is lovely and large, with an outdoor fan as well. (larger than most lanai's!). Had also a corridor view to the ocean. The bed (queen) was super comfy, the condo was well equipped. Has a nice washer and dryer, and all the much needed items for beach use. Felt very homey. Everything was clean. Lovely Hawaiian touches everywhere. Kamaole Sands is an amazing property, lovely grounds and pool/hot tub/exercise facility. Don' t hesitate to book! "
Wonderful & spacious
"Wonderful condo! Our family of four stayed in August 2021. Lots of space to spread out and places to put all our gear. Lots of hangers in the closet. Tons of linen and towels. Kitchen was well-stocked (even tupperware and a small crockpot!), though my Italian husband was in want of a cheese grater. Condo much nicer in person than the pictures show. Loved the lanai, which was large and always in the shade, so we could eat there any time of day without the sun in our eyes. Loved that the lanai had a partial ocean view and the ocean breezes were great. Also very nice: There were 2 boogie boards, ~3 snorkel sets, and sand toys for little ones. Location was amazing... Kam Sands is right across the street from Kamaole III beach, walking distance to the Kihei boat launch, super short drive to Wailea's beaches, resorts, and The Shops at Wailea. Also short drive to Foodland supermarket (best poke bowls ever!) and Maui Surf Riders (awesome surfing lessons for the kids). After staying here at the Kam Sands for 6 days, we then went up to Ka'anapali in West Maui for 6 days and stayed at the Honua Kai resort. (While trip planning and having never been to Maui before, we couldn't decide between South Maui and West Maui and decided to do 6 days in each location). While the kids loved the water slide at the Honua Kai and all the pools, the HK condo was very small, had extremely limited storage, and felt more like a hotel room than a home. We found that we actually preferred the Kam Sands condo and location. Kihei has a more relaxed vibe and our best family vacation memories were made at the Kam Sands. This condo was spacious and a very good value. We'll be back!"
