General Policies
Adhere to the HOA rules and guidelines for the property. No parties on site and no smoking on the property.
50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
House Rules
Check in is 4pm. HOA house rules of quiet hours from 8pm-8am are expected to be adhered to. Pools are available to use from 8am-9pm daily. Grills are available too. Elevators located in the middle of the building. Stairs located on both ends of the building. Designated parking space for D309 is assigned to you and sent with your check-in instructions on check-in day of arrival. Cleaning crew needs access promptly at 10:30am to allow time for full sanitation of the condo for next guest arrival. Please take out trashes daily (to avoid pests!) and please keep ALL food and drinks in the refrigerator at all times. Hawaii is gorgeous, but we prefer to keep the pests OUTSIDE, not in the condo.
