Sugar beach is better for walking than swimming but you can swim. The swim beach is just to the left a bit. There is coral right in front of the main building so some great snorkeling too.
Great ocean views from most rooms and the sound of the ocean hitting the sand all night is amazing. The one bed/one bath condos are 613-655 sq ft plus a 96sf lanai, the two bed/two bath units are 1200+ sq ft.
For those who want easy beach front access - grab a ground floor unit. Elevators make it easy to stay higher up for more expansive views. This is a high rise and sounds do carry - please don't talk on your cell on the lanai unless you want others to hear.
