For those wanting a 4* Hotel style experience but the space and amenities of a new first class condo, this is it. Need to restock the condo? It's a quick walk to the Times grocery store and a great Fish Market located on the lower road or use Aina Gourmet Market on our grounds.

This property is marketed to have all the front desk amenities of a luxury hotel and describes the accommodations as "suites". The condos you'll find on this site are not part of the on-site management company. so you're not interrupted with maid service every other day. In return you get proactive, involved owners who insure their homes are in top shape and have those little things that make your stay feel like home.

Our units are managed by their caring owners with the assistance of an on island contact to aid you if needed. The owner uses the condo too so no sterile experience so often found in non owner managed condos.

For those wanting a more pampered stay, maid service can be arranged for a fee. Honua Kai Resort offers a great, relaxing experience in beautiful, well maintained accommodations. Great activities, water slides etc for children too.

HEADS UP: The two towers Konea (north and newest) and Hokulani (south) have similar floors and numbering systems so be sure you know which building the condo you are renting is in.

There is major construction going on just south of Honua Kai - the project is going up quickly but for now you can get a great deal in the Hokulani Building which is impacted by the noise during working hours. It doesn't affect sunsets or sleeping so if you're out and about during the day - consider this option.
