Our condo has a large lanai where we enjoy a relaxing drink and most meals, and also offers easy access to the pool in front and barbecue area/tennis courts at the rear. The condo features a fully equipped renovated kitchen, front loading washer/dryer and a renovated bathroom/ bedroom. We chose the Maui Vista, Building 1, due to its great location across the road from Charley Young / Kamaole 1 Beach and around the corner from Cove Park which is a popular stand up board/surfing spot. We love to stroll along the beach from Kamaole 1 to Kamaole 111 (about 1 mile), each morning before breakfast on the lanai. Within easy walking distance of the Maui Vista both to the north and south are many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores.

The condo is bright and airy and has a through breeze from front to back when the windows are open which together with our efficient ceiling fans lessens the need for using the air conditioning unit.

Beach chairs, mats, beach towels, cooler and umbrella are available for guests to use.

Nightly rates and cleaning charge are subject to Hawaii and Maui taxes of 17.96%

Walking along the beaches in the morning or at sunset is a favorite pastime . We occasionally walk to the beaches at Wailea for coffee and a stroll through the shops (about 3 miles one way). We cycle most days to a variety of places between North Kihei and Makena for beaches, coffee and exercise.

Lock all doors and ensure appliances are switched off when leaving premises. Do not leave money or valuables unattended. Owners will not be held liable for any theft, or valuables left behind. Occupancy and use of premises and communal areas shall not be such as to disturb other guests or residents. Owners or their representatives have the right of entry to inspect property when deemed necessary. The owners have the prerogative to terminate this agreement and direct disruptive guests to vacate premises without issuing refunds. The property has a private phone number with toll-free calls to Canada and the U.S. Any other long distance calls should be made using Guest(s) personal calling card(s).

The property is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. The property is provided with a starter set of the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, and dish-washing detergent.
