Last minute cancellations: We will make every effort to replace your booking. If successful for the same rate & length we will refund your money at the re-booked rate. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due.

Busy days at the beaches and the out in the sun made for not much time in the condo. We always drove to the many nearby beaches and had good luck finding spots to park. "ill's place was great for our family with the 2 bedrooms and a VERY large bathroom. The space was great, lanai lovely, and place stocked with great beach equipment. Jill was so easy to work with -- super on top of communications and available for any and all questions. Kids had a great time at the resort and it was exactly as communicated."

Great Condo
"For those looking to stay in Kaanapali but looking for a budget friendly condo, this is the place. Conveniently located on Lower Rd, across the street from the Times grocery story and a couple buildings away from Honua Kai, Papakea H401 has everything you need. Comfortable beds, AC, an updated and well appointed kitchen. The loft area has three beds, so plenty of room for the kids. There are even beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards for the beach. The owners are magnificent to work with. Jill and Terry are easy to reach if anything needs their attention. We highly recommend."
