1st Payment: 25% required up front ($1,000 for longer stays)2nd Payment: Due 60 days before arrival (90 days for longer stays)
Security Deposit: $300.00 refundable
*** Please note that we prefer payments by check which helps us keep our costs down. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can accommodate that however there is a 4% convenience fee which is not reflected in the stated pricing. Please send us an inquiry advising that you’d like to pay by credit card and we will email you the pricing and a link to book it from our website. ***
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds are made for unused nights resulting from late arrivals or early departures regardless of cause. Deposits are fully refundable less the 250.00 administration fee if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 30-89 days of arrival date, will be refunded only if the owners are able to rebook the unit. If cancellation occurs within 29 days of arrival, rent amount is not refundable. Reservation policies, terms and rates are subject to change.
