Maui Kamaole D211 is a very private and quiet unit in the nicest resort complex in Kihei.
Our spacious, professionally decorated 2 BR 2 Bath is on the 2nd floor of a small 4 unit building with no one above. There is no long hall or elevators to deal with.
will notice and appreciate the high quality furnishings and impressive artworks in every room. There are ceiling fans and AC units in each bedroom and the living-dining area.
The living area features an open beam ceiling that soars to 18 feet and includes a sofa that can be converted into a queen bed, 2 recliners and an entertainment center. We have just replaced our kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new dinnerware.
There is a 39" HDTV, DVD player and a radio/cd player. We have HD digital cable with many channels for your viewing pleasure and FREE high speed internet and wifi so you can stay connected while on vacation.
The Living area opens to a spacious private lanai complete with a table, 4 chairs and a chaise lounge. You can relax with a drink or dine while enjoying the wonderful Hawaiian weather, listening to the birds and appreciating the tropical setting. There is a closet on the lanai with body boards, beach chairs, beach mats, sun umbrellas, coolers and various sand toys for our guests. The kitchen is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything to make a snack or a gourmet meal. The master bedroom is upstairs in the private loft with a bath and small lanai. The master bath includes his and hers sinks on the vanity and a large tiled shower with a seat. Lie in the king size bed and watch the 32" HDTV. The bedroom is open to the living area but has louvered door that can close it off. The 2nd bedroom is on the living area level and has twin beds. These can be made up as a "king size" if wanted.It also has a 32" tv and DVD player. The full size washer/dryer is located in a closet by the lower bath. This bath has a shower over the bathtub and includes beach towels for your use. Your assigned parking is close by our building and the BBQ area has 2 gas units and is nearby.
Maui Kamaole is a luxurious low rise, townhouse style resort on 23 acres. It sits on a hill overlooking the ocean on the south Maui coast. It is landscaped with lush tropical plants and trees. It boasts 2 beautiful swimming pools and spas.
The newly remodeled lower pool deck is adjacent to the office and check in desk. The upper pool is a gorgeous natural design with a waterfall and sand bottom spa.
D211 is a 2 minute walk to either pool and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole 3 Beach Park with its white sand and gentle surf.2 tennis courts are on property for your use also.
This is a NO SMOKING UNIT INCLUDING THE LANAIS. SMOKING is allowed ONLY in DESIGNATED AREAS. Pleas contact the front desk if you need to smoke while you are on the grounds.
Across the street is the Kihei small boat launch ramp where many ocean activities start every day. Kamaole 3 Beach Park is a premier place to watch the sunset each evening with the islands of Lanai, Molokini and Kaho'olawe in the background. Wailea is a short 5 minute drive south where there are 3 golf courses a tennis resort and upscale shopping and dining. Some of the hotels offer Luaus each week in the evenings.
Makena Resort is a little further south with more tennis, golf . Makena State Park is further south and is one of the best beaches on Maui. Big Beach and Little Beach have white sand and turquoise water. The check in desk is onsite and our on island manager is Maui Condo & Home. they take care of our condo. If you have a special request, ask us. Remember to book with us early to reserve the date you want.
