Last minute cancellations: We will make every effort to replace your booking. If successful for the same rate & length we will refund your money at the re-booked rate. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due.

"We had a great week! Everything you need, pull out bed for the kids, big bathroom (separate tub and shower was helpful), kitchen, washer/dryer... plus extras. There were some sand toys for the kiddos, beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler... seriously this place has you covered."
Private and Clean!
"My husband and I stayed here during the week of our wedding. We wanted to stay in a more adult-only resort since it was our honeymoon, but we had family come in for the wedding and decided on Honua Kai. But we must say that this suite exceeded our expectations! It was very quiet and private the entire week. We enjoyed the lanai, beach accessories (snorkel gear, chairs, cooler), and more. And it was SO clean! The freezer part of the fridge had broken and Jill was very quick to reach out and let me know that a replacement was on the way. She gave me many alternatives of where to store our food and made it easy. Highly recommend!"

Awesomw Family Vacation
"Honua Kai was a great property for our family (mom, dad, 5yr old, and 7yr old). The pools, beach, bbq's, Dukes, and nearby shave ice were all we needed. The condo had everything we needed and more (life jacket and floatie for the kids). The bed was super comfortable and the pullout couch was perfect for the kids. We will definitely be back!"
