We also provide Spectrum HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS band. UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE to US, Canada, Europe, and Hong Kong.
The building complex offers a shared private pool with WIFI, two BBQ areas, covered patio areas for dining, leisure areas with deck chairs and lounges, reserved covered parking and elevators. The beach is just across the street.

Just 350 steps away and across the street is Kamaole III Beach. You can snorkel, swim, boogie board, body surf, stroll the beach, or just enjoy the sunset. The shaded grassy areas, fresh water showers, and lifeguards make this beach a part of a relaxed vacation. You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping in Kihei town. Kihei's boat dock is one block south and features daily snorkel and dive excursions to Molokini crater and Turtle Town. There are six world class golf resorts within 5-10 minutes of our centrally located condo. Wailea is less than a mile south with exquisite shopping, dining and large resorts. Lahaina is 40 minutes north with art galleries, live theatre entertainment, shopping and beachside dining. Kahalui is an easy 25 minute drive on the Pi'ilani Hwy.
Our renovated in 2023 condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and features a total of 1,168 square feet of living area including a lanai for outdoor dining. The lanai provides views of Haleakala, lush gardens, a peek a boo ocean view, privacy, and is peaceful and quiet. The condo includes quartz kitchen counters, maple cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with built in ice maker, stove, washer/dryer, two air conditioners, three ceiling fans, and vinyl plank & tile flooring. The living room and master bedroom have access to the lanai. Shoji doors close off the guest bedroom for privacy or open to include the living room as an expanded living space. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom a queen and a double. The sofa is a queen sleeper. Each bedroom has it's own closet and full bathroom. The primary bedroom and living room/second bedroom are air conditioned. The 3 ceiling fans and many windows allow you to enjoy the tropical trade winds. New high quality linens and towels are added regularly for your 'at home' comfort. Beach items are available for your use.

Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. The damage deposit is payable 60 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 3 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Cancellation prior to 60 days ahead of arrival: loss of deposit(s).
Cancellation once balance is paid - no refunds.
