107 is a well located ground floor unit. It is close to the lower swimming pool, BBQ area and office. The ocean and Kamaole 3 Beach Park is 200 steps away.
We have a KING bed & 32" tv in the BR and a new memory foam mattress on the living room sofa. The kitchen was remodeled in 2015 and is extremely well planned. There are 2 recliners & a 42" tv in the LR. Our condo is comfortable, nicely decorated & upgraded constantly. We have a new lanai table and swivel chairs. The beach equipment in the lanai closet includes chairs, body boards, an umbrella, ice chest and various other beach items.

About Owner
After living on Maui in 1978 thru part of 1980, we decided to buy a condo on Maui when we sold our house in Haiku because we loved Maui. In 1980 we got Hale Kamaole 107 and have rented it since then. In 1985 we bought Maui Kamaole D211 and have been renting it also. We reside in Bishop CA for most of the year and come back to Maui every winter. We try to maintain and upgrade our condos every year and want to share them with our renters. We hope you enjoy our condos as much as we do.

Cancel 61 days or more in advance, the deposit returned minus 25%. 60 days or less, whatever funds we receive for the time period. Contact us for our covid-19 policy.
