A true "Paradise on Maui" awaits you in our beautifully remodelled, ocean view, 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with soaring ceilings. We are located in the lower village of Wailea's spectacular beach front Ekahi Village, which has 2-story buildings. 

The condo has wonderful ocean views from the living room, dining room and a prime ocean view from the lovely, large, covered lanai. We also have great views of the island of Lanai, Ekahi's beautiful tropical gardens and Haleakala. From inside our condo and on the lanai, the sights and sounds of the ocean, surf and sand are very calming.

7G is in a very private location and is a level 30 second stroll from Ekahi's ocean front pool, amazing Pavilion and private, gated access to beautiful Keawakapu beach, which has miles of ocean front walking space. DON'T MISS OUR VIRTUAL TOUR.

A stay in our condo is like being in a 5 star luxurious hotel. The condo (even the lanai) has been completely remodelled and professionally decorated with a comfortable and welcoming feeling. The condo features all Hawaiian and Asian style high-end furnishings. It is very well equipped with all kinds of extras.

We love this place and keep making it better. As 7G is our home for part of the year, it has been outfitted and maintained with that in mind. It can accommodate up to 2 guests, but is best suited to adults.

If you wish to dine pool side or have a party, the Ekahi Pavilion offers a complete kitchen, BBQ area, covered dining area, bathrooms and shower/changing facilities. There is also a fitness centre and 2 shuffleboard courts. A pickleball court is on property nearby pool 2 (we provide racquets). There are 3 other pools (unheated and designated "quiet") and several BBQ stations located throughout the property.

Luxury linens and towels are provided. There is a full gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook and live like you are at home. There is a toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, small food processor, electric-frying pan, hand-mixer, rice cooker, turkey roaster, wok, iron/board.

A starter kit includes coffee, tea, liquid creamer, salt/pepper, several herbs/spices, dishwasher detergent, rinse agent, dish soap, pot scrubber, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, fabric softener, paper towels, garbage bags, plastic baggies, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, wax paper, paper napkins, liquid hand soap, bar soap, tissues, toilet paper, spa grade shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash.

We have a great selection of cookbooks. There are 2 hair blowers, curling irons and a hair straightener. BBQ tools, plastic dishes, cutlery and tablecloths are provided for use at the Pavilion. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach bag and backpack are included.

There are 2 smart TV's with a ROKU system that accesses Cable (including a sports package), all the Apps (with Apple TV) and Sonos, a DVD/BluRay player, Alexa (Echo Show), a Bose Soundtouch with Bluetooth and a Bose Revolve Soundlink. There are CD's, DVD's, games and binoculars. Complimentary books are located at the Pavilion.

We provide a printer/scanner/copier, cordless phones with answering machine. Complimentary upgraded high speed internet with WIFI, Canada Calling,US Long Distance, Long Distance to several other countries and a digital wall safe.

We offer contactless check-in and checkout. There is a deadbolt on the entry door.

In lieu of a Damage Deposit, we wish to provide this information for our guests, to avoid any misunderstandings as to the basic expectations of a vacation in our home. Please note that we do not charge a damage deposit, however, guests will be held responsible for and charged for loss or damage above normal wear and tear, including excessive laundry, cleaning, damaged, stained or missing items and long-distance charges.

Other extra charges are as follows: 

• Replace lost beach towel: $50.00 
• Replace bath, face and hand towels damaged by make-up and bleach stains: $35.00 each
• Open locked safe: $50.00
• Complimentary mid-stay clean for stays of 14 nights or longer.
