It is very sparsely built, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The swimming pool and hot-tub in the Palms is one of the best. The Palms is a short walk away from some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Nearby luxury hotels, spas, shopping, golf, and tennis is an added bonus.

Unique Benefits at this Condo: This second-floor unit is furthest away from the main road; it is very private and quiet. It is in one of the best buildings in the Palms. We first bought the downstairs unit (#901) as our home, and we lived in it for 8 years and loved every minute of it. We loved this setting so much that later on we also bought this upstairs unit (#902). Now we are renting both of them. These two units are two of the most popular one-bedrooms in the Palms. This upstairs condo is very spacious and bright, and it is luxuriously decorated. The lanai (balcony) is very private and quiet. It also has limited ocean views.
