The lanai off the bedroom has a lush bamboo mini grove of trees giving the impression of being in a jungle forest when relaxing on the recliner. The dining area wall unit has 2 TWIN MURPHY STYLE WALLBEDS that drop down for the children or extra guests. They , too, have their own private bathroom and dressing area with a walk in shower. There is drawer space for both beds in the wall unit as well.

Both lanais are very quiet and private. The LR lanai has seating for six which includes a dining table as well as a small cafe table. This lanai which has garden views of profuse flowering shrubs, trees and bushes. There are also many birds that enjoy this space. To the east you will see the 10,000 feet volcano, Hale'akala. A must day trip.

The condo includes all of the amenities for beach living; beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards and lots of sand toys and blowups. The long gentle beach is steps away and the Wailea boardwalk will bring you to all of the beachfront properties, hotels and restaurants. There are also other beaches to choose from offering kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and scuba as well as excursions. All of this within walking distance from the condo.
