Easy access to the Wailea Beach Walk.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment for entire rental period due at least 60 days before arrival; 75 days before arrival if a holiday period booking. $500 deposit due at time of booking, refundable after your departure if there is no damage or loss, as described in rental agreement. 

Payments made to us are non-refundable, unless we can re-rent the unit for all of your previously booked nights. Please contact us after your booked dates pass, to determine whether unit was re-rented during that period. If this is a concern, please obtain, on your own, an appropriate policy of travel insurance.
