Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled, reservation deposit will not be refunded. 100% of the balance will be refunded if cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the check-in-date. If cancelled less than 60 days prior to check-in, rental refund will be given only if another guest books the same days and only up to the amount the new guest pays, minus the reservation deposit. Taxes, cleaning fee and security deposit will always be refunded.
