The building is on a cul-de-sac so there is little vehicular traffic. Enhanced Cleaning, Disinfecting & Sanitization Standards-- This condo is our second home and before each visitor the unit is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized. We provide each visitor with hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent, hand sanitizer and Lysol disinfectant. The swimming pool is the largest (and only heated) among the condo complexes in Maalaea, and the lawn is a beautiful fine soft grade, very comfortable on which to play, run and exercise. Many lounging chairs are available for relaxing, reading, sunbathing or imbibing your favorite beverage. The lawn goes out to the edge of the ocean where there is a seawall, from which you can often see ocean turtles. ==> The lanai (porch or balcony) at Maalaea206 provides a great view of the Maalaea Bay with (extinct) volcano mountain Haleakalā in the background and the swimming pool to the side. ==> Haycraft State Beach Park is just a seven (7) minute walk down to the end of the cul-de-sac, which starts a three (3) mile long beach with bogy boarding, swimming, sun bathing, snorkeling and walking opportunities. ==> Mention "MOC" and we will provide a reduced rate. $400 refundable damage/security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
$100 cancellation fee if rental reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before scheduled arrival date—the remainder is credited to your credit card. $200 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before scheduled arrival date but less than 60 days before scheduled arrival date. The full amount paid for the rental is forfeited if the rental is cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled reservation arrival date. -- You should rely on Trip-Cancellation Travel Insurance to protect yourself from any emergencies.

Amazing Property and Travel Recommendations
"Just left 3 days ago, and already I want to go back! Stayed a full week with our friends, amazing time! The condo is super clean, great layout for two couples or parents/kid room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We stopped at a grocery store to pick up our food on our way in and were pleasantly surprised to find there were plenty of condiments, spices, etc. already there. We saw tons of whales while just sitting on the lanai or on the lounge chairs on the beautiful grassy area of the property. Lots of turtles in the water right along the back side of the property. Location of the condo is great, centrally located on the island to access all the great areas AND within walking distance to a beach & few restaurants at the harbor. We took cruises out of the Maalaea harbor (snorkeling Molokini and a Dinner Sunset cruise), explored the Kihei beaches, drove the road to Hana and explored the Kaanapali beaches. There's pizza and paninis, an ice cream sandwich shop, a fish/steak spot and a great lunch spot at the harbor. All had fantastic food and drinks. We made breakfasts (except one day we went to Nalu's South Shore Grill in Kihea, 1000% recommend going there) & packed lunches each day and walked to dinner almost every night. The owners have put together an AMAZING collection of maps & information on things to see and do. Communication with the owners before & during our stay was super helpful and responsive."
Best View, Very Clean, Stay Again
"Probably the best view from the second story balcony of any place I have ever stayed. Condo was very clean and owner provided many little amenities that a hotel would not provide. Owner provided great communication before and up to check-in date as well as follow-up after checkout. Would recommend this condo to any one and I would definitely stay there again in the future!!!"

Great Stay; Great Location
"We had a great stay. LOVED the pool. It directly overlooks the ocean. The beach is lava rocks right out front but you can see a beautiful sandy beach that's easily walked to. But the lava rock beach is great to watch as the turtles predictably come to eat the little fish that flow in and out of the lava pockets with the tide. There's a little store within walking distance and you can walk to the Maui Ocean Center which is REALLY worth checking out! You can also walk to Boss Frogs rental store and get boat tours for snorkeling, whale watching, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable."
