You'll feel tucked away and private, yet you're minutes from Wailea's world-class dining and shopping.

We have a max occupancy of 4 people for our condo. There is a minimum 5 day stay.  Our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am. Where requested and possible, we are happy to offer an early check in or late check out. We require the names of all persons staying in our home and request approximate arrival and departure times to assist our housekeeper in planning her schedule. We do ask guests to keep our home clean, take trash out regularly and lock the condo, including the sliding glass doors, anytime leaving the condo. We do require a $750 security deposit that is fully refundable, minus any damages incurred, within 14 days after check out.  The minimum rental period is 5 days and we have a 4 person max occupancy. There is no smoking in our condo or anywhere on property except at designated smoking areas.There are no parties or events allowed in our condo or on the property and non-service animals are not permitted on the property. Furthermore, guests assume liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, whether theirs or belonging to the owners of the condo.
