A Truly Special Place

"Our stay at Kate's Condo #319 at Kanai A Nalu Condominiums, March 2 - 9, 2026was absolutely outstanding and exceeded every expectation we had. The location is truly fantastic centrally located on Maui near Maalaea Harbor, making everything on the island a very reasonable drive away. It was the perfect home base for exploring Maui. The oceanfront view from the condo was breathtaking, especially during whale season. One of the highlights of our trip was sitting on the balcony using Kate's spectacular binoculars and watching whales right from the condo. One evening I saw a whale breach seven times, and another evening I watched five whales in different areas of the harbor. Those are memories I will never forget. The condo itself is upscale, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. Kate has truly thought of everything and then some. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were extremely comfortable after long days of sightseeing. It felt more like staying in a luxury home than a rental condo. The property itself was also very convenient, with ample parking, elevators, and luggage carts that made arrival and departure easy and stress-free. We also loved the nearby harbor shops and restaurants, especially the pizza place, which was delicious. Everything about staying here was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Kate was wonderful to work with before our trip and provided so much helpful information that made planning easier and helped us make the most of our stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality really stand out. Honestly, I can say there was absolutely nothing negative about this condo only glowing positives. The cost was worth every penny, and I would stay here again without hesitation. If you rent this condo, you will not regret it. I truly cannot wait to return! "

"Our vacation in Maui was great. The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony was incredible. We had everything we needed. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. It was very clean. The beach was just a short walk away and was everything I had anticipated when imagining a beachfront condo. We saw monk seals and turtles from our deck. The harbor access was wonderful. We were so close to nice restaurants and stores. The fishing excursion we went on was a short five minute drive to the boat. Kate was a great hostess and gave us all the information we needed to have a great stay. If I ever returned to Maui, I will definitely contact her again. Once again, thank you for everything."

"Location was outstanding with direct access to miles of pristine beach - great for morning walks! The lanai felt private and provided the most beautiful and serene view of the ocean. It's truly located right above the beach and was so peaceful to hear the waves. There's good snorkeling in the rocks right in front. The condo is very clean and tidy, with modern updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and the community grill was perfect for easy dinners. There are plenty of beach towels and chairs/umbrella. Above all, Kate provided exceptional service with excellent communication and follow through to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience in her inviting home. I was so happy I chose to stay here. I highly recommend!"

Lovely Condo in Ideal Location

"We loved every moment of the stay, except getting caught in a downpour in Hana! The central location was perfect for every direction we went whether it was south for a luau, East for Hana, upcountry for Haleakala or west for a wonderful dinner at Mala tavern. We watched whales everyday from the lanai and saw green turtles near the seawall every afternoon. We took advantage of the pool most days and had no issues finding a chaise to use. The condo is totally stocked with everything we needed and we loved being able to do laundry so we could just bring a carry on. We had a few questions during the trip and Kate was very swift to answer. Great host experience. I appreciated all of the information Kate communicated before the trip. It's a lovely place and we hope to return very soon! Mahalo for everything!"

"Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with amazing views. The condo is fully stocked with all the necessities, including a great selection of items for the beach. We loved listening to the waves from the balcony, and visiting the beach right next to the property. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kate provided all the details needed to make checking in and out a breeze. She also went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, since the fires broke out during our stay. "Great view, condo was as described online. Clean, cozy & in a nice area. Condo is well stocked with beach toys, towels, sand toys chairs & cooler. Total beach vaca treat! Condo also well stocked with toilet paper & necessities. We didn't need to buy any paper towel, silverware, tp, etc. I also appreciate that they let prior guests leave unopened drinks & condiments in fridge. Sooo helpful! Loved our stay, we all agreed we'd stay here again if we visit Maui!"

It's very clean and supplied with anything you might require. The owner, Kate, is a very pro-active communicator. The on-site orientation notebook explains everything! The views...well, those are life changing! Kate's unit is amazing!"

"Great location with beach access. Both beds are huge and make for a good nights rest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything most cooks will need. Comes with 4 beach chairs, boogie board and some snorkel equipment. Central location for easy access around the island. They have everything you will need down to q-tips in the bathroom to clean the ocean water out of your ears! Perfect place to stay and we will be back for sure!"

"We had a great stay at Kate's condominium at Maui. It is centrally located with easy access to Airport, Road to Hana, Kihei and Lahaina. The condo had all the required amenities plus extra that you don't find at other places. The instructions were very well detailed and documented that made it very easy for us to use the amenities. We got to see lot of whales from the lanai in the morning. I would definitely stay here again in future."
