"Great host, clean condo, well furnished kitchen ...beach chairs, umbrella and wagon made trips to the beach so much easier. Pool area is steps away and was perfect after day at the beach. Condo is in the quiet location but just minutes away /walking / from strip mall with lots of great restaurants, bars and grocery store. Beach was peaceful and we enjoyed watching sunsets there. Many other great beach options are just 10-15 minutes away by car. Wailea mall was fun to visit with daily activities for kids. We were never bored. Thanks J for having us!"

"Felt right at home but with a beach half a block away! Beach chairs and other beach supplies were available and to use. Sooo many amazing restaurants within walking distance (miso phat and da kitchen are our recommendations.) There's also a grocery store and small shops like Maui pie and Tamura's (amazing poke and alcohol.) Definitely recommend this location for couples or small families."

"One of the best AirBnB we have ever stayed!!! This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Maui! The space was big enough for 2 people and it didn't feel crowded at all. The location is great as it's only one minute to the beach and positioned well if you want to travel around the island. James & Julie are very responsive and proactive with their instructions on keeping their place well taken care of. They offers beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, some beach towels, a beach mat and even a handcart that we used for our beach days. Everything was super convenient! The AirBnB was really clean and we have never had such a well-equipped kitchen in any other AirBnB! The view of the ocean for nightly sunsets was unbeatable and was by far one of the best aspect of this place. Thank you so much, James & Julie, for offering a wonderful place and making our trip to Maui memorable! :-) We would absolutely book again!!! "

"I cannot recommend J's place more highly to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maui! The space is clean and comfortable, and right near a lovely little beach. J is very responsive and approachable, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! All their suggestions for the area were spot-on! The area itself has an abundance of places to eat and shop for tourist gear. There are grocery stores and drug stores right around the corner. It's also within a single hour's drive to all the major tourist spots, so ideally located. I would absolutely choose J's place again when coming to Maui! Thanks to them for helping make our holiday fabulous!"

"My husband and I had a great time in Maui and were very comfortable in this home. The neighborhood was great and the owners were very responsive. I know one review said the bed was small but it fit me and my husband just fine... and he's 6+ feet tall."

"James & Julie's property was as advertised, located in a quiet complex and away from the buzz of traffic. The kitchen had everything I needed and was functional. The location was perfect for me, close to the ocean, and a short walk to my church, the gym, restaurants, food trucks, and the grocery store. The morning sunshine on the lanai made a wonderful space to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Check in was seamless and parking was convenient. The bed was comfortable and I rarely used air conditioning, although it was available. The pool and grilling area were just a short walk across the grass and were very nice. If you're looking for an affordable place with conscientious owners, this is your place."
