The location of the property is Maui's best kept secret. Close to all the amenities, protected from over development by a bird sanctuary and miles of unpopulated beach, make this a first choice for a holiday location. The unit itself is situated to receive the morning sun, great for coffee in the morning. Watch the sun rise over Haleakala. By lunch time the sun has moved around the side of the property and the unit is in the shade. Combined with the gentle breeze this unit is always cool and comfortable. The rental policies below are designed to insure that our unique property will always meet your expectations. We are here to help you enjoy our relaxed, high end retreat. We are a legal vacation rental and pay property taxes in Short Term Rental category. To secure a booking, a partial payment of 50% rent is due within 14 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received. Payment must be fully settled within 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date has already passed, then within 7 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. A $250.00 cleaning fee is also collected for all bookings with final balance. Minimum stay 5 nights, in lieu of a Damage Deposit. ...
