The rental policies below are designed to insure that our unique property will always meet your expectations. We are here to help you enjoy our relaxed, high end retreat. We are a legal vacation rental and pay property taxes in Short Term Rental category. To secure a booking, a partial payment of 50% rent is due within 14 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. Bookings are not fully confirmed until the initial payment stipulated is received. Payment must be fully settled within 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date has already passed, then within 7 days of guest confirmation of intention to book. • Pool: The pool is open from 9am until 9pm. Please follow posted rules. No life guard on duty. Pool gate must be locked at all times for the safety of our younger guests. No glass in the pool area. Please use the plastic serving ware provided and return to unit. 
• Barbecue: All barbecuing must take place at the BBQ area. Please leave it clean for the next guest.  
• Play Area’s: All games such as football, soccer, baseball, etc. Should be played on the beach. 
• No flammable substances, such as gasoline, may be stored in the unit.
• Occupants shall grant right of entry to Managing Agent, or authorized board of directors.
• Please don’t hang towels or other items over the lanai railings.
• Please don’t feed the birds. 
• Check in 4pm – Check out 11am. Please remove your garbage and recycling. Washing the towels is appreciated. Mahalo
