Our condo is located in Building 36, approximately a five-minute walk along the landscaped greenbelt to the oceanfront Pavilion, main pool, beach access gate, and Keawakapu Beach. One of Ekahi's quieter pools is located just steps from the building.
Wailea's renowned beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping are all within minutes of the condo. The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Beach Walk, and several beachfront resorts are nearby, making it easy to enjoy dining, sunset strolls, and island activities without spending much time in the car.

Our daughter, Yvette, personally manages the property on our behalf and handles all guest communication. She is attentive to detail and works hard to ensure the condo is exceptionally maintained, well stocked, and comfortable for every stay. Her responsive, hands-on approach has earned consistently excellent guest feedback.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The primary renter must be 24 years of age or older.Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the lanais. Wailea Ekahi is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking is only permitted outside the property in designated public areas. No pets are allowed in accordance with Wailea Ekahi community rules.Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.One parking permit is provided for your stay.Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the reservation schedule and housekeeping availability. Terms & Conditions
A Rental Agreement must be signed by the reserving adult, and a copy of a government-issued photo ID must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Bookings that do not provide these items will be canceled. A refundable security deposit of $400 must be paid before final payment.The primary renter must be 24 years of age or older at the time of booking.A fully executed copy of the signed Rental Agreement will be provided to both parties.Complete Terms and Conditions are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all payments received.Cancellations made between 22 and 44 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payments received will be refunded.Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are non-refundable. "We have stayed at this Wailea Ekahi condo several times, and it truly feels like a second home. The condo is immaculate, with super-comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful organization throughout. It always seems to have everything you could possibly need. The location is hard to beat. We love being able to move easily between the pool and the beach, and our favorite way to start the day is with a stroll along the oceanfront path to the Whale's Tail for coffee. There's excellent snorkeling nearby, along with fantastic dining and drinks at the neighboring resorts. The owner is always responsive, and check-in is effortless. We look forward to returning again and again!"

Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing
"My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. The place was super tidy and organized, very clean, and check-in was easy. The condo was a very comfortable place to relax after a busy day. I really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, and one can walk for several miles up and down the Wailea beaches. The Wailea Ekahi grounds are well tended, with pools, chairs and grills available. Overall, a very nice option for the Wailea area."

"We had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous location within walking distance to the pool, pavilion, sandy beach, and Wailea shops and restaurants. We loved being able to enjoy the sunsets from the pool and beach area. The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean. Lots of extras were available for use, including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, bags, toys, and more. Having a new washer and dryer was also a plus. We felt right at home in this beautiful condo and hope to stay here again in the future. Yvette was very welcoming and a wonderful host."
