Wailea Ekahi Village is located in South Maui along beautiful Keawakapu Beach, one of the most loved beaches on the island. The community sits on 34+ acres of lush, manicured tropical grounds with low-rise buildings and a relaxed, resort-style feel.Our condo is just minutes from pristine beaches, Wailea’s world-class dining, shopping, golf courses, and a variety of water activities. Popular nearby spots include Wailea Beach, Makena State Park, and the scenic Road to Hana route.Everything you need is close by. The Shops at Wailea are within walking distance and offer high-end boutiques, local shops, coffee spots, and an ABC Store for convenience. Several Wailea beachfront hotels are also nearby, many with walkable restaurants and bars.Wailea is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, and once you’re here, you may find that you rarely need to drive--sunsets, greenbelt walks, beach access, and spectacular ocean views are all right at Ekahi.

Our family has enjoyed Wailea Ekahi for over 25 years, and this condo has truly become our home away from home. We visit several times a year, and different family members also spend time here throughout the seasons.Our daughter Yvette manages the condo on our behalf and handles all guest communication. General Policies
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.• Primary renter must be 24 years or older.• No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the lanai.• No pets allowed per Ekahi community rules.• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.• Shoes off inside the home (Hawaiian custom).• One parking permit is provided for your stay.• The condo is located on the second floor and accessed by stairs only (no elevator).• Please keep food and drinks in eating areas only to avoid attracting pests.• Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible depending on housekeeping availability. A few simple guidelines to help keep the condo comfortable and enjoyable: Please remove shoes when entering the home, which is common in Hawaiian homes.• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM, per Ekahi community rules.• Please avoid leaving food or drinks on the lanai or in non-eating areas, as the tropical climate can attract pests.• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests of any age.• Minimum age of primary renter is 24.• If something is damaged or removed, replacement costs may apply.• One parking permit is included for your stay (registration form is in the condo guest book).• The unit is on the second floor with stairs only—no elevator.• There are stairs, balconies, and glass furniture, so the condo may not be ideal for very y...
Terms & Conditions
• A Rental Agreement must be signed by the reserving adult, along with a copy of a government-issued photo ID submitted within 24 hours of booking. Bookings without these items will be cancelled.• The primary renter must be 24 years of age or older at the time of booking.
• A completed copy of the signed Rental Agreement will be provided to both parties.
• Full Terms & Conditions are detailed in the Rental Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.• The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.• We highly recommend travel insurance for reimbursement of unexpected cancellations.Cancellations:• Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a refund of all payments.• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the dates with another guest.• Written notification is required for all cancellations.Security & Access:• A personal door code will be provided once the final balance is paid and the $400 security deposit is received.• Accommodation tax is required with payment, per Hawaii regulations.

"Stayed at 36F for the month of May, and found it so lovely the decor, the comfortable mattresses and wonderful recliner chairs, the inclusion of everything you could want from beach gear to cleaning products, the unfailing accessibility of our host, Yvette, and the overall ambience of the place was outstanding. We have stayed in 3 other condos at Wailea Ekahi and while we briefly missed a view of the gardens and/or ocean the reality was we spent our daylight hours enjoying the outdoors. And the positives of this condo were excellent, and well well worth it! We highly recommend this rental and will try and return the next time we are in Maui. Yvette is the best! Wonderful Stay!
"Stayed at this condo in building #36 for 9 days with my mom. You know it's someone's home because it is so well stocked. I've stayed in 18 rentals and never had paper products supplied, or shampoo and conditioner so that was definitely a bonus. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. The King Bed and pull out are incredibly comfortable. The short walk to the pool was fine for me, but my mom drove down as the way back was too much for her, as she is 80. Price reflects that the Lanai faces the road, but the comfort of the home and the kindness of the host was worth it! Raeleen Tillotson Vancouver, Canada"
