General Policies
Vehicle registration is required at Ekahi office by the next business day. Parking permits are required for vehicles parked overnight.
House Rules
Quiet: No person shall make disturbing noises or interfere with the rights, comfort, or convenience of other occupants. Quiet shall prevail between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Television, radio broadcasting, music systems and air conditioners must be kept at minimum level. To conserve energy, please keep all doors and windows closed when running air conditioners. During quiet hours, noisy appliances such as washers/ dryers and vacuum cleaners may not be operated.

Cancellation Policy
One reminder is to consider travel protection insurance; we strictly enforce our 60-day cancellation policy. Without doing so we are unable to stay in business because travelers are hard pressed to find affordable airfare to Maui 60 days before arrival. Of course, per the terms of our contract, if we can re-rent the property after a cancellation, we will refund what we recoup from a new booking. Consider "Cancel For Any Reason" insurance.Within 60 days of arrival, the full balance is non-refundable, unless we can re-book the condo. Please consider travel insurance if this is a concern. If Guest does not pay in full 60 days prior to arrival, reservation shall be considered cancelled without notice to Guest. Owner will treat the failure to...

Perfect Location
"This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the Ekahi Village condo complex. Unit 6B is in a perfect location & we loved that it was on the ground floor. The condo itself is wonderful & very comfortable - loved having 2 bathrooms. It has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. The lanai is perfect for relaxing, listening to the birds & watching beautiful sunsets. The location is also close to the pool & the beach without having to walk up the big hill! We totally enjoyed our stay & can't wait to come back! Karan was a perfect host. She was available anytime I had a question and always responded. Thank you for a perfect vacation."

Lovely condo with great access to pool and beach
"We've come to Ekahi village 3x and stayed at Ekahi 6B twice. This condo is a perfect place for our family of three with easy access to the pool and beach and a nice kitchen to cook meals. We appreciate the beach supplies and clean, well maintained condo. We love eating outside on the lanai, listening to the birds in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Karan is a welcoming host and good communicator. We hope to be back soon!"

Wonderful time in Maui
"Our family of four have stayed in many units throughout Ekahi and love the easy location of this unit to the beach and pool. The extra bed in the "laundry room" was great for our 8 and 4 year old. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Our only issue was the main bed is way too soft and the mattress needs to be replaced."
Aloha and many mahalos for your review. Truly glad you found our unit to your liking. We enjoy not having to hike all the way to the hilltop after a day relaxing at the beach. Our repeat guests and recent reviews say the king mattress is perfect. Wish you had asked us off-line about the mattress, we would have happily removed the softer mattress topper. Maybe next time.
