Vicki Deaton is originally from Atlantic City, and although she now lives in Santa Barbara, she still has a lot of New Jersey in her. Vicki loves to travel and is a prolific vacation planner for family and friends. In 2019, Vicki and husband Rob teamed up to buy and renovate a vacation home in their favorite spot - Wailea! Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 60 days out, there is an administration fee of 50% of the deposit. Within 60 days the balance is non refundable unless we are able to re-rent your time allowing us to provide a pro rata refund minus the administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended. Maximum occupants are three people including children. There is an additional fee of $50 per day for each additional occupant beyond two.

"We had a wonderful week stay at your fabulous condo! The unit is so well equipped and the furnishings are lovely. I slept on the Murphy bed, which is quite comfortable, and my daughter used the bedroom. It was so wonderful listening to the ocean waves from the lanai, and waking up to sunshine and birds chirping. Thank you for making your Hawaiian home available to renters. We had four units at Ekahi for a family vacation. We all agree we want to come back and I'll definitely check on availability of your unit."
Feels like home!!
"This was our second time in Vicki and Rob Deaton's wonderful condo at Ekahi Village. Arriving late at night, we felt immediately at home!! Everything was familiar and comfortable. The highlight is the lanai; it overlooks the ocean and with our binoculars we could watch the whales and dolphins. A favourite time of day was sunset when we would enjoy pre-dinner cocktails on the lanai and watch the sun go down and marvel at the wonderful colours. We were pleased to find barbecues close by next to the pickleball court. We also enjoyed the two full bathrooms we could set ourselves up and not get in each other's way, particularly since one of us is a "morning person" and the other is not! As usual, the Deaton's were great hosts, helpful and responsive. We have booked our vacation there for the next 2 years - that's how much we love it!"
