You will love this very private and quiet ground floor unit overlooking a beautiful green belt with a peek a boo view of the ocean! You can hear to the waves crash on beautiful Keawakapu beach and the green belt is wonderful for kids to stretch their legs on. The pool pavilion and beach are a short (less than 4 minutes) and easy flat walk from the condo. And the quiet pool is a quick one minute walk from the unit. The bright living room has a sleeper sofa and 40" flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and blackout drapes. Welcome to Ekahi Village. My husband and I bought this unit in 2009 as we found Ekahi to be the perfect paradise for everyone. Our condo is in the lower portion of Ekahi meaning it is a flat 3 minute walk to the pool pavilion and is a 1 minute walk to the quiet pool and pickleball court. Ekahi continues to be a wonderful spot for our family. We have wonderful memories when the children were smaller and are creating new ones as the children are now young adults. You will love listening to the waves crash on Keawakapu beach as you sit on the quiet and private lanai. Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings or stays over 14 days No cleaning fee charged on bookings of 7 nights or more Minimum 4 night stay except 2 weeks at Christmas/New Year and Spring Break Stays of less than 7 nights will be considered on an individual basis. Late check out (if available) 50% of nightly rate - confirmed one week prior to arrivalIf guest cancels more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, the monies received shall be returned minus a one night cancellation fee. Any cancellations with less than 90 days notice, refund based on the extent the dates can be re-booked, less a 20% cancellation fee

"Wonderful place in a wonderful place! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our eight night stay at Jodi's place in Wailea. The condo was clean, comfortable, very spacious for the three of us, well-stocked, private and convenient. It made for a fantastic "home" whether we decided to relax on Ke'awakapu Beach or go explore all that Maui has to offer. Wailea Ekahi is a beautiful property located on a fantastic stretch at the south end of Keawakapu. A short, easy downhill walk from the condo leads to the beach. The grounds are lush, tropical and very well-maintained: we took many photos of the flowers and even picked a lime. The main pool complex by the ocean makes for a relaxing place to sit or eat, take a nap, watch the ocean or play shuffleboard. The showers are great for rinsing off the sand. I have now been to 40+ beaches across the four main islands of Hawaii, and Ke'awakapu easily makes my top five. The golden sand is perfect for building a castle yet washes off clean. The exceptionally clear and incredibly calm ocean makes for fantastic snorkeling by the rocks. Younger kids could spend all day exploring the tidepools. The water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, floating or paddleboarding. We easily paddled a couple of miles up and down enjoying the views in each direction. "We loved our stay at 19C! We've stayed at the Ekahi before and it is always an amazing place but we truly loved the location of the unit the most! Listening to the waves while our toddler ran around the green space just off the lanai was a highlight of our trip. It's truly an amazing unit for the little ones as you can enjoy the peek-a-boo ocean view (which is so lovely) while the kids run and play on the grass. The unit itself is extremely clean and well stocked. The appliances are all new and the linens and towels were really good quality which was really appreciated Jodi is wonderful host. Extremely responsive and very willing to help you have a perfect stay. She also went out of her way to help us make a very long travel day home with a little one so much easier.
