Cancellation Policy
To cancel MORE than 60 days prior to arrival date of rental there will be an administrative fee equal to 2 nights rental. To cancel WITHIN 60 days of arrival date of rental the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund IF able to re-rent. Two day administration fee will be retained. We recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance.

"We've stayed in the Ekahi Village multiple times, all units were wonderful, but 11F had it all. Nicole has this home ready for anything you could possibly need. I couldn't think of what she didn't have to make the stay absolutly flawless and care free. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances. The Ninja cooker on the lanai was great since the village has not allowed private bbq's any longer. The beds were comfortable with all the extra pillows you could possible want. :) Spectacular ocean views and as always the beautiful gardens flowering plants and trees that I could smell from the lanai. As long as her condo is available, we will absolutely stay again. Mahalo 7/31/23-8/7/23"
Amazing Property in Paradise
"Nicole was an absolute life saver for our family. We had booked another unit, which had turned out to be badly misrepresented. I reached out to Nicole while shopping at Safeway and she agreed to rent us her home, on the spot! I'd filled out the rental inquiry page, so she had our information but she didn't have to rent it to us, at the absolute last minute, with an extremely reasonable deposit. She executed it so quickly and told us just to drop off our groceries at her unit!! When we walked in, my wife almost began to cry. Her home is stunning!! The views are second to none and it has just about anything you could want for your dream vacation. Nicole absolutely saved our family vacation!! Our two daughters were in paradise and loved watching people walk up and down the green belt and playing with the birds. We've stayed in several other units at Ekahi Village and this, by far, is the nicest we've stayed in. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you so much for saving our vacation, we can never thank you enough. Aloha!"
Best Maui Experience
"This was our second stay in 11F. We have had many trips to Ekahi, but after our first stay in 11F, we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. This is a perfect setup for two couples, since each bedroom is the equivalent of a master suite. The condo is very well situated with a short walk to the main pool and ocean, as well as a smaller quiet pool right next to the building. The views are spectacular! The condo itself has two large lanais for dining and relaxing. We had a few meals out, but with all the amenities you could possibly need, we found ourselves cooking most of our meals at the condo and enjoying the beauty and amenities of the property. We will definitely be back."

"We've stayed at Ekahi a number of times. This condo was easily the nicest we've had. It was immaculate with everything you need for a restful holiday. We ate out on the lanai ... breakfast, lunch and sometimes supper. We really appreciated that all the switches were labelled. It's a short and easy walk to the beach. One of the small pools is right below the condo ... almost like your own private pool. Nicole was wonderful to work with. She responded immediately to any queries and was super helpful as we negotiated all the Covid protocols. Thanks, Nicole. We appreciated all your help."
