If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday reservations), there is no refund unless the property can be re-rented. If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the nights that are re-rented.

Great Maui Vacation
"Wailea Ekahi 45F is a highly maintained vacation condo. From quality linens and kitchen supplies to a full variety of beach gear, Tim has made sure you will have what you need on your holiday. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen appliances for cooking our meals. The large fridge is wonderful for storing your groceries, wine and all of the fresh produce from farmers' markets. Other units we've rented have had apartment sized or low quality kitchen equipment which do not make staying in for food nearly as enjoyable. The deck is perfect for eating dinner and watching the sunset so you will appreciate the assortment of cooking and bbq equipment. The washing machine and dryer are brand new so you can pack less and do laundry as you go. The pool and pavilion area of Ekahi are extremely enjoyable with large fridges and bbq accessible for having meals near the pool or beach. Tim is friendly and quick to respond to your communications. We'd absolutely stay again. JB"
Five Star Experience
"We had a five star experience at Tim's condo. The location was great and the apartment itself had everything you need for a great vacation on Maui. It is a great starting point to explore the island. The best thing, however, was the pool and the beach right in front of the complex. We saw turtles and even Humuhumunukunukuapua'as on the small reef. Everything was super clean and well equipped. Tim himself is also a great host and was available to us at any time. We would highly recommend a stay to everyone."
Maui Family Vacation
"We came with our family for a week and had a good experience. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Overall the place was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a stock list of the beach items in the closet so that we knew there was snorkeling gear and boogie boards in advance. The dishwasher had a funky smell so likely needs to be sanitized so we just didn't use it."
Aloha Jessica! Thanks for the feedback. We just finished a 2 week visit to the condo and organized the gear. There are sufficient snorkeling gear for a family of 4, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards. We didn't notice any issue with the dishwasher, but nonetheless, we cleaned it and ran it several times. It seems to be functioning fine. Mahalo for your visit and we hope you return soon!
Great Condo in Paradise
"My husband and I enjoyed our 8 night stay in this condo that had everything we needed for day trips, beach and pool days. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo felt comfortable and very clean. The view on the deck was enjoyable all day long as you look over a pool, beautiful flowers & trees and ocean in the distance. We caught some great sunsets right there!"

"This condo is nicely furnished, well stocked, and has amazing views. It's about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the main pool and beach. This was our second stay and we can't wait to come back!"
