The condo is extremely well equipped, creating the ideal environment for your dream Hawaiian holiday. The updated kitchen has everything you might need for gourmet cooking and the vaulted ceilings in the living area give the space a bright, spacious and airy feel. The private lanai, with dining for 4, is the perfect place to enjoy quiet and peaceful mornings or the beautiful Maui sunsets...or nap or read on the lanai daybed.
I have stocked the unit with new beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, and boogie boards, to help make your beach-time as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
The condo is located in Wailea Ekahi Village, a wonderful 35-acre beachfront complex with amazing tropical gardens throughout. It is in the northern part of Wailea and is walking distance to all the major Wailea resorts and the Shops at Wailea. The world-class Keawakapu Beach is a 5 minute walk through the Village grounds to your private beach entrance. The Village has a fantastic beachside pool and pavilion that is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ grills. There are also three smaller pools in the Village, including one only steps away from this unit.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: A new home construction project called Lai Loa began in July 2021 near Wailea Ekahi and is expected to be completed by December 2023. Currently, work may be performed Mon-Sat, 7:30a-4:30p. The most disruptive activity included core drilling and grading and was completed in late 2021. The project is now in the general building phase. Guests may experience construction noise as well as airborne dust. Noise from the project, when it is active nearest Wailea Ekahi, is significantly more noticeable from the lanai than from inside the unit. The main pool and beach are unaffected by this issue. As of May 2022, some heavy machinery is still working on the parcel on occasion. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience.
Separately, Unit 45C (downstairs from this condo) is undergoing a major remodel from January to mid-June 2022. Renovation activity and related noise may occur 8-5pm M-F. As of May 2022, it appears that most of the noise-generating activities are completed and final finish-work is underway. **

45 day(s) prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 5 day(s) of confirmation of intention to book.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday reservations), there is no refund unless the property can be re-rented. If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the nights that are re-rented.
