the quietest locations in Ekahi Village & is a short walk from the pool and Keawakapu Beach. Our condo is in the prestigious Wailea resort area which is regarded as the sunny side of Maui.
We have recently updated our unit to include new kitchen appliances, new lighting & plumbing fixtures, new carpeting, paint, new furnishings & amenities, new split a/c system throughout, and our special Maui touches. All are available for your use and comfort. Ekahi 38D is perfect for couples wanting to relax and take in the magnificent ocean view or for families where kids can run and play outside. It is bright and airy and features all of the comforts of home. We have a spacious lanai complete with a gas barbeque and upscale patio furniture.
Perfectly set up for couples or for families with kids, We provide full linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, portable cooler, drying rack, and shoe rack for your enjoyment. There is one flat screen cable TV, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, a portable speaker, and High-Speed internet with WiFi. There is a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, 2 hair dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a propane Webber BBQ grill out on the spacious lanai. The living room features a comfortable queen-sized pullout sectional sofa (with new memory foam mattress) for extra guests. Also included for extra guests is a new comfortable double wall bed in the master bedroom.

(There are also full bathroom facilities complete with showers).
Nearby amenities include world class shopping, galleries and restaurants in the Shops at Wailea. In addition, championship golf, tennis and many world famous beaches are only minutes away. Throughout Maui, you can experience an array of wonderful activities for the discerning traveller, including hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, ziplining and touring. In Hawaii we are fortunate to have had an extremely low COVID-19 experience in our population. The testing, quarantine, and contact tracing measures in place for travelers and our low incidence of the virus make the likelihood of contracting COVID-19 while here much lower than most other places and make Hawaii a very safe place to be. We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and we want you to know the extra steps we have taken to insure your condo is a safe haven for you and your family. Our professional housekeeper has instituted enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure the condo is clean and ready for your stay. Our housekeeper follows all guidelines and proper cleaning techniques provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals, as endorsed by the Vacation Rental Management Association). Your booking agreement and our condo policies detail the specific cleaning protocols to give you peace of mind you are being well taken care of. We encourage you to show your Aloha and follow safe practices while you are here to help us to keep our condo and Maui a safe place to be.
In addition, we have implemented more flexible cancellation policies as a result of COVID-19. Specifically, a cancellation fee will continue to apply for new bookings that are cancelled prior to 60 days from the arrival date (the fee is 50% of the deposit amount plus applicable taxes, and any related booking fees). Should an applicable government COVID-19 order be in place at the 60-day cancellation deadline which would prevent us from renting the Condo to you during your stay, we will extend the cancellation deadline and all related payments due, to 30 days from the arrival date. We will further offer a future travel credit for cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date if an applicable government COVID-19 remains in effect on the arrival date. This policy is not retroactive and applies only to new bookings made from June 1, 2020. Please also note that the VRBO traveler service fee is administered directly by VRBO and is subject to their refund policies. This flexible cancellation policy does not apply if you have begun your stay, even if you are required to leave our Condo or quarantine for any reason after your stay has begun as a result of COVID-19. In addition, this flexible cancellation policy does not apply if the State of Hawaii requires you to undergo a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon your arrival, as a result of you choosing not to obtain a pre-travel test or having a positive test result. Our regular cancellation policy outlined above will apply in these circumstances and any amounts paid will not be refunded.
