Our beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom home, 38D, is a corner end upper level unit located on the greenbelt with fabulous unobstructed ocean views from...
nearly every window. It is in one of the quietest locations in Ekahi Village and is a short walk from any of the four pools and Keawakapu Beach. Our condo is in the prestigious Wailea resort area which is regarded as the sunny side of Maui.
Our condo is tastefully appointed. It has also been recently remodeled with split air conditioning throughout, new carpet, new recessed lighting, a newly remodeled master bathroom and freshly painted throughout. We provided new luxury linens, new dining ware, new appliances including a Magic Bullet, a toaster, a waffle maker, a crock pot, a coffee pot, a mixer and a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. If there is any need to have a place to complete a few work tasks there is a desk in the large master bedroom.
We provide full linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, portable cooler, a beach wagon to carry all your beach gear to the ocean and a drying rack for your convenience. There is one 50" flat screen cable TV with an Sonos blue tooth sound bar, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, a portable speaker and High-speed internet with WiFi. There is a full size washer/dryer. We provide the laundry detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. We also provide an iron/ironing board, 2 hair dryers and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room features 2 new leather stressless chairs and a comfortable new queen-sized pullout sofa.
Wailea Ekahi Village is a family-friendly vacation resort that spans 38 acres of lush surroundings overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Keawakapu Beach. Resort amenities include four swimming pools, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard and barbecue areas. A brand-new covered beachfront pavilion near the private beach entrance to Keawakapu Beach offers convenient access to bathroom facilities and a full kitchen with an ice maker to fill your cooler along with a cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven.
COVID-19 CLEANING PROTOCOLS & FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICIES:
We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and we want you to know the extra steps we have taken to insure your condo is a safe haven for you and your family. Our professional housekeeper has instituted enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure the condo is clean and ready for your stay. Our housekeeper follows all guidelines and proper cleaning techniques provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals, as endorsed by the Vacation Rental Management Association). Your booking agreement and our condo policies detail the specific cleaning protocols to give you peace of mind you are being well taken care of. We encourage you to show your Aloha and follow safe practices while you are here to help us keep our condo and Maui a safe place to be.
In addition, we have implemented more flexible cancellation policies as a result of COVID-19. Specifically, cancellations made prior to 60 days from the arrival date will receive a 100% refund (less the application cancellation fee). Should an applicable government COVID-19 order be in place at the 60-day cancellation deadline which would prevent us from renting the Condo to you during your stay, we will extend the cancellation deadline and all related payments due, to 30 days from the arrival date. We will further offer a future travel credit for cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date if an applicable government COVID-19 order remains in effect on the arrival date. This flexible cancellation policy is not retroactive and applies only to new bookings under our revised Booking Agreement. This policy also does not apply if you have begun your stay and you have to shorten your stay for any reason, including COVID-19, and any amounts paid will not be refunded. Please refer to the terms and conditions of our Booking Agreement for complete details.

We have a no-refund policy in the event cancellation is made within 60 of your reservation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
