We bought this Ekahi Village gem in May 2019 from owners who used it exclusively as their family's vacation house, for the prior 22 years.
It has outstanding views of the wide open Ekahi greenbelt all the way down to Keawakapu Beach and the ocean, from all west facing windows...

It is a ground floor corner unit with three large private lanais [the Living Room and each BR has its own lanai] From the lanais, the beach and beach side pool / Pavilion is a straight line walk down the grassy hill of only a few hundred yards. Note the Pavilion was completely reconstructed and reopened in February 2020.
Our Main Lanai has a large mature tropical tree [Royal Poinciana] just outside, providing shade for both our Lanai and the large flat grassy area in front -- effectively extending the Lanai at least 30 feet.
The unit was fully renovated and updated with luxury details throughout, including gourmet kitchen with SubZero refrigerator, cork wood floors, a separately controlled air conditioning unit in each large room, and modern tiled walk in showers (there is no bath tub).
