The pool pavilion and beach are a short (less than 4 minutes) and easy flat walk from the condo. The bright living room has a sleeper sofa and 40" flat screen TV. We have added a high speed internet system (able to stream movies) as well as Netflix and Apple TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and blackout drapes. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the lanai.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings or stays over 14 days No cleaning fee charged on bookings of 7 nights or more Minimum 4 night stay except 2 weeks at Christmas/New Year and Spring Break Stays of less than 7 nights will be considered on an individual basis. Late check out (if available) 50% of nightly rate - confirmed one week prior to arrivalIf guest cancels more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, the monies received shall be returned minus a one night cancellation fee. Any cancellations with less than 90 days notice, refund based on the extent the dates can be re-booked, less a 20% cancellation fee
