Our Principals

Matt Pauli

Matt brings a back ground in commercial and residential real estate and on-line marketing and social media. His business acumen has been helpful in expanding the reach of this website.

Matt made his first trip to Wailea at the age of 12 and has owned condos at Ekahi since 2010. A graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA from Michigan State University, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Hawaii.

After a successful commercial real estate career in Chicago redeveloping shopping centers throughout the U.S., Matt and his wife Lory are now based in Northeast Iowa where he is an employee owner & Global Director of Marketing for Standard Golf Company, the world's oldest golf course accessories company.

Bonnie Pauli

Because of Bonnie's background in website design and search engine optimization and her knowledge of the Maui rental market from both a renter and owner perspective, she decided she could make a difference for her friends and fellow owners and in 1999 began the South Maui Condo Owners Direct Rental Network (SMCODRN) today known as MauiOwnerCondos.com.

Bonnie graduated from the University of Michigan and lives in Miichiigan when not on Maui. In her travels around the world, she has learned that the best way to get to know a place is by staying in homes and condos rented online. She is the Pauli team member who spends the most time "on island."

What Our Maui TVR Directory Does Best

Having owned several condos on Maui through the years, Matt & Bonnie have seen how difficult it is for individual owners to get their vacation rentals found in search engines. Often these condos are the best maintained, outfitted and decorated condos in the rental market. We knew these were condos the public would want to rent if they could only find them so we use our combined resources to do that.
