This oceanfront resort is close to Kihei and in the heart of Wailea with shops, highly acclaimed restaurants, 3 world class golf courses, tennis center, the ‘Wailea Beach Path’ (1.8 mile), and exquisite white sandy beaches all very close by. Ekahi Village is oceanfront and has private, direct access to the famous Keawakapu Beach which stretches for miles. It is perfect for those morning walks or evening sunset strolls.

About Owner
We had been visiting Wailea Ekahi Village for over 20 years and love the peace and quiet of the Village. We have named our condo "Serenity" because that is the feeling you get when you walk through the door. We know you will enjoy our Serenity as much as we do. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We live outside of Boston, MA so we are on EST

House Rules
No smoking, No Pets. Please inform us if there are significant deviations in your planned arrival or departure times. Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance and may include an additional fee
Terms & Conditions
A partial payment in the amount of 25% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed.
Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
We accept personal checks only if the booking is 90+ days in the future.  Less than 90 days, we accept Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfer. Details will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs greater than 60 days prior to check in, the deposit is refunded less 1 night's rent. Between 30 and 60 days prior to check in, 50% of the money received will be refunded, the balance will be forfeited. Less than 30 days prior to check in, no refund. However, at our discretion, in all cases, prorated refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at the same rate for the same time period. COVID - 19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate and you are inside the 60 days (you've made full payment) then you have the options: 1. 100% credit toward a future stay within 1 year of original booking, OR 2. Lovely Hawaiian Getaway
"The condo is located within the fantastic Ekahi Village property. Easy walking access (~10 minutes) to the main pool and pavilion which is adjacent to the beach. A smaller pool is very close to the condo. The kitchen has all the pots/pans you could need. There is a partial view of the ocean in the distance. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. "
