Reviews

Reviews are a very important buying trigger for travelers. After photos reviews are the most common area travelers check to give an indication of how the Host operates. This will give them an indication of the type of experience they can expect.

NOTE: We rely on the honesty of our owners and property managers to apply real and valid reviews. Any questionable review may be removed at any time by the MOC team if honesty is called into question.

• In your Host Dashboard, click the 'Listings' tab
• Choose the property you wish to edit by clicking the 'Edit Listing' button
• Click 'Reviews' on the left menu

Add a Review by Auto Importing from VRBO

(ALERT - The VRBO import is NOT WORKING. VRBO has changed its algorithm and is not allowing review scraping. Our developer is working on a solution)

• Select VRBO.com from the drop down box (currently it is the only option)
• enter your VRBO listing url in the box provided
• Press 'Save & Import' Reviews will appear by stay date in the reviews section below ADD REVIEWS 

Add a Review Manually

• Add reviews manually by clicking "Add New Review" button below the "Save & Import" button
• Enter the details in the popup window
• Press 'Save Review'
