Sell your condo? Not renting any more? Property subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once you set a property subscription plan to cancel, the renewal will not occur but the property will remain active and visible on MOC for the remainder of the subscription period.

If you no longer want to have the listing be advertised you can hide the property. You can do this iin the General Info tab of the property listing itself.

There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription as per industry standard.

Step-by-step INSTRUCTIONS:

• Navigate to the 'Listings' tab on the Host Dashboard
• Click the 'Cancel Subscription' text on the lower right side of the property
• On the second pop up, click the blue 'Cancel Plan' button
• Be sure you want to cancel the subscription before pressing this button! - there is no going back.
• To reactivate a cancelled plan you will have to purchase a new subscription plan for the property.

Important to Remember when Cancelling Subscriptions:

The property will continue to show the expiration date in the Listings tab

The property will continue to be shown as Active until the host goes to EDIT Listing from the dashboard and hides the listing by using the STATUS option (Active or Hidden) in the GENERAL tab
