- We have confirmed ownership of every condo on our site with Maui County prior to listing the condo.
- Every Wailea condo and all others displaying our Starfish Award have passed our rigorous inspection or they are not listed.
- We re-inspect these accommodations every three years to insure our standards (the strictest in the business) are maintained.
- Owners must keep their calendars and prices current or they are dismissed from our site.
- Our owners in Wailea, Makena, Kihei & Maalaea actively manage their condos and use them when they are on island. They take pride in their homes and delight in spreading the Aloha Spirit.

All our resort condos are legal TRANSIENT VACATION Rentals. Hawaii requires all owners to display their Hawaii Tax ID in their listings (also required of our members) and have contact information in the condo for their on-island representative who can help you if needed while you're on Maui.
