OCEAN FRONT LOCATIONBecause we are located on the ocean away from Kihei Road, there is no traffic, road noise, or utility poles and wires – just an unobstructed view of the ocean, west Maui mountains and the protected green belt along the shore. The green belt along the shore toward Kihei has excellent turtle and bird watching.Keawakapu Beach, immediately next door to our condo building, takes you toward Wailea and features beautiful sand, beginning body surfing, snorkeling at either end and occasionally locals fishing here too. Enjoy the heated pool with a full ocean view – life couldn’t be better.

Originally from Ann Arbor, Mi; Maui lovers since 1979, the Pauli Family has transferred their love of travel to a desire to help others experience Maui with a welcoming assortment of Vacation Rental Condos. Our home when on island, we enjoy sharing our favorite things with our guests.

These days Bonnie is focusing on the Maui lifestyle and her son, Matt is handling our personal rentals. A licensed RE Broker on Maui, Matt is also director of Marketing for Standard Golf.

Perfect location and Views

"We had a fabulous stay in Surfside 212. The apartment met all our needs and has a beautiful view. The location is perfect- the swimming beach on one side and the turtle sleeping beach on thr other. We saw turtles every time we went snorkeling. Thsnk you for a fabulous stay. We will be back!"

Loved everything about this place!

"We stayed at Kihei Surfside Condo 212 and can whole-heartedly recommend renting from this wonderful family! The unit itself was particularly tasteful in its decor, with all the kitchen amenities you could need. I was happy to have a tea kettle and tea pot since so many places have just the de rigueur coffee maker! I'm not usually a fan of mirrored walls, but the one in the dining area reflected the gorgeous parklands and made it look like an IMAX screen! I really liked the linens and bed, very comfy, and the unit was pristine clean. The HOA is in the process of installing AC (not too noisy when the work is being done) but we definitely had no need for it since the breezes were more than ample. Two nice beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach towels, and a small cooler made going to the beaches a breeze. If you don't want to hang on the beach after the trade winds kick up in the afternoon, head out to the meticulously maintained lawn overlooking the ocean and pool. There is also a turtle resting area mere steps away - be sure not to get too close in your quest for photos. Respect the honu! Nightly sunset celebrations have a Norman Rockwell feel, with all sorts of families and folks gathering to frolic on the lawn and listen to the quartet of conch shell blowers usher out the sun. It was nice to have a combo lock to the condo so you don't have to worry about lugging a key or card around. Matt was prompt and helpful in all communications and I'm already planning my next stay! Thank you, Matt, for sharing your lovely home."

Enjoyed this property

"I enjoyed the property, and the ceiling fans with open windows provided ample ventilation and comfortable temperatures. The views were great and the green space next to the property nice although quite busy with family activities (bocci ball, frisbee, playing catch with baseballs and footballs, etc.). Access to the pool and trash area worked well. The place could use a little maintenance addressing stained carpet and a couple of loose floor tiles. Noise at night and after hours was minimal. All in all, a nice visit."
