Cancellation Policy
For a deposit refund, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.Travel insurance is advised as we have a strict cancellation policy. Either look for "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance, or your current insurance provider can advise you on insurance options.
Upon receipt of full payment, information including directions to resort & keyless lock code will be sent.

"Absolutely no complaints, this place is BETTER than the photos/descriptions and has everything you could ever need! It was perfectly clean upon arrival, such a beautiful condo with a large lanai. Joe and Gee are wonderful hosts and we can't wait to be back again. Will 100% rebook!"
Perfect winter escape!
"This is our go to place for our yearly visit to Kihei. The 10-211 unit is clean and well equipped. It is a great condo in the Kamaole Sands complex. It has a great view of the well kept grounds and an ocean view as a bonus. It is within easy walking distance of great beaches and all other necessary services. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC."

Terrific Maui Condo
" Left on Dec 15, 2023 for a stay in Nov 2023 This was our second time staying two weeks in this wonderful condo. It is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Comfortable bed, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. It is ideally located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. It's walking distance to several other beaches and restaurants and shops. A great place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future."
October vacation Kihei
"We had a wonderful time visiting Maui. We love the condo it had everything you can think of needing. The view was great from the patio and had a short walk across the street to the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrella daily and was so nice not having to rent these items. They had 3 Maui books that we also used to find beaches that we had not been to before. We snorkeled and swam in the ocean everyday and loved the location of Joe and Gee's condo in Kihei. The washer had an alarm going off with a low beeping noise and Joe came right over to fix it. Joe and Gee were so easy to work with and getting our reservation set. We will definitely try and get there condo for our next visit.
