Finely appointed interior designed by Bassman Blaine Interiors comfortably sleeps 10 people. There is a king size bed in each of the two bedrooms on the lower level, two queen size beds in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the great room. All of the beds have hotel quality mattresses and luxury linens. Cribs and other baby items can be arranged upon request.
Upper lanai contains a BBQ area with a Wolf 36' Grill, Sub-Zero under-counter refrigerator and custom cabinetry. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors retract into hidden pockets, thereby blending the interior space with the beauty of the outdoors.
State of the art entertainment system includes a 52' Sharp Aquos Flat Panel High Definition TV with 7.1 Dolby Digial Surround Sound, DVD player with internet access and bluetooth music streaming capabilities. Additional 42' Flat Screen TV's, DVD players, and iPod docks are located in each of the bedrooms. The whole house music system allows guests to listen to the same music throughout the home, or different music in each of the rooms.
Complimentary wireless high speed internet available throughout the home, and there is a wireless printer/fax machine for your use.

This villa is especially close to the the lovely tropical Ho’olei pool and recreation area. The Ho’olei pool contains a waterfall, grottos, and a sandy beach entry where young children enjoy playing. Adjacent to the pool area is a fully equipped and air conditioned fitness center that contains an array of Paramount and Precor exercise equipment, a sauna, locker rooms, showers and changing facilities. Additional facilities for Ho'olei guests include an outdoor kitchen and covered pavillion, and concierge services.
A short walk across the street, enjoy the acclaimed Wailea Beach, considered one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Enjoy complimentary set-up of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
Guest services are provided 24 hours per day by a management company located in Wailea. Our representatives will greet you upon arrival, offering a personalized introduction to our home. Additional services available upon request include pre-stocking your refrigerator with your selected items, car rental, or activity arrangements.
Guests do not have access to the pools and waterslides at The Grand Wailea Resort, however, the beach in front of the resort is a public beach, and all of the restaurants and the spa at the resort welcome outside guests. For those guests that prefer to have a waterslide experience, we suggest that you spend two days, one night at the Hotel, then spend the rest of your stay in our villa. This will give you a chance to compare the experiences.
