moreRemaining payment is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
If cancellation occurs greater than 90 days prior to check in, 50% of the deposit is refunded. Between 60 and 90 days prior to check in, 50% of the money received will be refunded, the balance will be forfeited. Less than 60 days prior to check in, no refund. However, at our discretion, in all cases, prorated refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at the same rate for the same time period. In such cases, money may be returned less a 10% service fee.
COVID - 19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate and you are inside the 60 days (you've made full payment) then you have the option:
1. 100% credit toward a future stay within 1 year of original booking, OR
2. Refund equal to the total amount paid less 25%. If we can re-rent your dates for the same amount, we will refund the 25%
