Aloha and Welcome to our piece of paradise!

You'll know your vacation has started the moment you walk through the door of this spacious ,open concept, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy our lovingly cared for and remodeled condo with granite kitchen counters, maple cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with built in ice maker, stove, washer/dryer, two air conditioners, three ceiling fans, and laminate & tile flooring. Decorated with island style furnishings. Easily accommodates up to six people. Spacious and clean. Ask about last minute specials.

We also provide HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS band. UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE to US, Canada, Europe, and Hong Kong.

The building complex offers a shared private pool with WiFi, two BBQ areas, covered patio areas for dining, leisure areas with deck chairs and lounges, reserved covered parking and elevators. The beach is just across the street.

Just 350 steps away and across the street is Kamaole III Beach. You can snorkel, swim, boogie board, body surf, stroll the beach, or just enjoy the sunset. The shaded grassy areas, fresh water showers, and lifeguards make this beach a part of a relaxed vacation. You can easily walk to restaurants and shopping in Kihei town. Kihei's boat dock is one block south and features daily snorkel and dive excursions to Molokini crater and Turtle Town. There are six world class golf resorts within 5-10 minutes of our centrally located condo. Wailea is less than a mile south with exquisite shopping, dining and large resorts. Lahaina is 40 minutes north with art galleries, live theater entertainment, shopping and beach side dining. Kahalui is an easy 25 minute drive on the Pi'ilani Hwy.

Our updated and refurnished condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and features a total of 1,168 square feet of living area including a lanai for outdoor dining. The lanai provides views of Haleakala, lush gardens, a peek a boo ocean view, privacy, and is peaceful and quiet. The living room and master bedroom have access to the lanai. Shoji doors close off the guest bedroom for privacy or open to include the living room as an expanded living space. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom a queen and a double. The sofa is a queen sleeper. Each bedroom has it's own closet and full bathroom. The master bedroom and living room/second bedroom are air conditioned. The 3 ceiling fans and many windows allow you to enjoy the tropical trade winds. New high quality linens and towels are added regularly for your 'at home' comfort. Beach items are available for your use.

Our Amenities

  • Master Bedroom has a Cal-King bed, Guest Bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed. The sofa is a Queen sleeper.
  • Each bedroom has a full bathroom with closet area. Hair dryer is included.
  • The condo is fully stocked with dish/cookware, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer
  • Two flatscreen TV's , IPod/CD player with AUX import (cord not included). IPod Alarm Clock with docking station.
  • Stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and other beach items.
  • Two high efficiency air conditioning units in master bedroom and living room/second bedroom. Three remote operated ceiling fans and a standing fan.
  • There is a shared pool, WiFi, two BBQ areas, shaded and sunny leisure areas, lounge chairs and tables located between the two buildings.
  • Assigned covered parking to keep your car cool. Elevators and shopping carts to get your items easily to the condo.

Booking Policies

  • Minimum stay is 5 nights all year and 14 nights for the Holiday Season.
  • Rate is for up to four guests, add $10/night for each additional guest.
  • Discount for stays of 30 days or longer.
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • Check-out cleaning fee $150.
  • Condo is non smoking. Complex has designated smoking areas.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A $200 damage deposit is added to the rental. Fully refundable within 48 hours of check out.
  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve dates.
  • Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation: loss of deposit(s) Cancellation once balance is paid - not refundable. If the unit can be rented then deposits will be returned. If partially rented then the deposit will be prorated. A $25 handling fee will charged. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
