Booking Policies

  • A deposit of $300 is required to secure the booking
  • The balance of the rent is due 60 days before arrival
  • Occupancy is limited to four (4) persons, or five (5) with prior approval
  • We are strictly a NON-SMOKING unit
  • Renters must abide by the House Rules prescribed by the Owner’s Association
  • The Unit will be cleaned before arrival. Basic cleaning supplies will be provided
  • Renters must agree to keep the Unit clean & habitable and to leave it in good condition
  • Minimum Stay 5 nights; a cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 7 nights

Cancellation Policies

Booking Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but may be applied as a deposit to a future booking within one year of the original Contract The rental amount is non-refundable due to cancellation once due, except to the extent we are able to rent the Unit to another renter for the Rental Period
